Jen's extensive 12 year career in HR working in the retail and tech sectors, has led her to develop a passion for flexible workplace cultures that put employee wellbeing at the centre. Currently the HR lead for Clicktech Solutions, Jen led the team through a successful transition to the 4 day work week.
