    RECENT STATISTICS SHOW..

    Employee Wellbeing Gap

Only 55% of UK employees say they experience high levels of wellbeing at work - despite increased investment in wellbeing strategies in recent years. This shows that while progress is being made, there’s still a significant gap between intention and real impact for many organisations.

    Rising Work-Related Stress

776,000 workers in the UK reported work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2024, making up nearly half of all work-related ill-health cases. This means millions of working days continue to be lost each year, costing businesses time, money and, most importantly, their people’s wellbeing.

    Impact of Burnout

A huge 84% of UK employees say they experience stress at work at least once a month, with 39% admitting it directly affects their performance. Worryingly, 1 in 5 employees have had to take time off work to cope with burnout, highlighting just how vital it is for employers to take meaningful action.
