This category honours an organisation or individual championing women’s health at work, from menstrual health and fertility to pregnancy and menopause. This award celebrates an organisation that truly lives and breathes flexibility. not just in policy but in practice. The judges want to see how you’ve designed working patterns that give employees real choice and autonomy, whether through hybrid models, job sharing or compressed hours. They’ll be looking for evidence that flexibility is improving wellbeing, boosting performance and helping people thrive at work.
Employee Network of the Year
This category shines a spotlight on an employee-led group that’s driving real change for wellbeing, inclusion or workplace culture. The judges are looking for a clear sense of purpose, practical actions and real impact, whether that’s through peer support, influencing policy or building a stronger sense of community. Show how your network goes beyond conversation and makes a measurable difference.
Diversity & Belonging Team of the Year
This award celebrates a team that’s championing diversity, equity and belonging focusing on BAME backgrounds and underrepresented groups based on gender, age and disabilities within the workplace. Judges will look for a sustained commitment to embedding diversity into workplace culture, including practical actions, initiatives and culture shifts that have created a more inclusive environment. Strong entries will share how the team has helped break down barriers, increase representation, and build a sense of belonging across the organisation. Evidence of impact, employee feedback, and sustained commitment will be key.
LGBTQIA+ Changemaker of the Year
This award celebrates an individual or organisation driving meaningful change for LGBTQIA+ inclusion, safety, and wellbeing at work. Judges will want to see clear actions that champion LGBTQIA+ rights and visibility, alongside practical steps that create safer, more inclusive workplaces. This category honours an external partner or provider that delivers exceptional workplace wellbeing services. Judges will look for proven results, innovation and real impact for clients, whether that’s through programmes, platforms, consultancy or creative solutions. Strong entries will show how you work in partnership with employers and back it up with case studies, client feedback and measurable outcomes.
Best Wellbeing in the Workplace Strategy: SME
This award celebrates an SME (1–249 employees) with a truly holistic, effective wellbeing strategy that leaves no one behind. Judges will look for clear plans covering mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing, with leadership buy-in and visible impact. They’ll want to see how you bring people on the journey, with real stories, measurable results and a commitment to keep improving.
Best Wellbeing in the Workplace Strategy: Large Company
This category honours a large organisation (250+ employees) with an outstanding, embedded wellbeing strategy that reaches everyone. Judges will look for a joined-up approach that’s part of everyday culture, not just a tick box. They’ll want to see data and outcomes, creative initiatives that address diverse needs, and evidence of strong leadership, employee engagement and continuous progress.
Wellbeing Excellence in Emergency Services
This award recognises an organisation or team delivering exceptional wellbeing support for frontline emergency services staff.
