How To Nominate
Everything you need to know before submitting your nomination!
Nominating for the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2026 is simple and a meaningful way to celebrate the people, teams and organisations driving positive change. Entries are open to organisations of all sizes, individual employees, teams, projects, networks and initiatives that champion workplace wellbeing in all its forms.
Below you’ll find everything you need to prepare a strong, stand-out nomination.
What Questions You’ll Need to Answer...
The application form consists of five short questions designed to help you tell your story in the strongest possible way. Use them to bring your nomination to life with clear details and examples.
1. Tell us about yourself or the nominee
Give us an introduction to who you are or who you’re nominating. Tell us about your/their role, key responsibilities and any background that helps paint a picture of what you/they do and stand for.
2. What makes you or your nominee a strong contender for this award?
Explain why you believe you or your nominee deserves to win. What sets you/them apart? Tell us about the impact you/they have had, the challenges you/they have tackled, or the change you/they have inspired.
3. Share specific examples of achievements, milestones or initiatives
Give us clear, powerful examples that demonstrate your/their impact. These could be key projects, campaigns, policy changes, personal actions or any results that show how you/they have made a real difference to workplace wellbeing.
4. How has this work positively impacted others?
Tell us about the people or communities who have benefited from this work. This might include data, testimonials or real stories that show how you/they have supported individuals, teams or your whole organisation.
5. Is there anything else you’d like to add to strengthen your entry?
Feel free to share anything else that would help the judges understand your/their passion, commitment or legacy — whether it’s future plans, personal motivation or standout feedback from others.
What to Upload...
To help support your entry, we’ll also ask you to upload a few useful extras. These help us share your story widely if you’re shortlisted and give the judges more context to see your impact.
References or Supporting Documents (Optional)
You can include any references, testimonials, articles or supporting information that help strengthen your application. This could be data reports, press coverage or other evidence that shows the impact of your work.
Headshot
Please upload a high-quality headshot of the nominee. If you’re nominating a team or an organisation, you can share a team photo or company logo instead. This image will be used in any finalist announcements, social posts and at the awards ceremony if shortlisted.
Company Logo
Upload your company logo to be used on any awards communications, marketing materials or event screens if you are shortlisted or win.
Tips for Completing Your Entry
Putting together a great entry doesn’t need to be complicated and a little extra care can really help your nomination stand out. Below are a few simple tips to help you make the most of your application and show the judges why your nominee deserves to be recognised.
- Be clear and concise — but don’t hold back on sharing the positive impact of the nominee. Even small details can help us understand the real difference they’re making
- Don’t assume something isn’t relevant — we love hearing about the whole person, team or organisation behind the work
- Wherever possible, include facts, figures or feedback that show how the work has made an impact
- Supporting evidence really helps. Attach testimonials, articles or data that back up your story
- Real examples and stories stand out — bring your nomination to life by sharing specific moments, achievements or challenges overcome
- Check your spelling and grammar so your entry is clear and easy for the judges to follow
- Take your time. Save your progress, revisit your answers and make sure you’re happy with every part before submitting
