Karen has broad experience across a number of People functions including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and M&A, and sits on the Reward and Employee Benefits (REBA) Advisory Board. In her current role Karen leads on all aspects of Total Rewards across the EMEA region whilst partnering on a number of global projects. She has a particular interest in employee experience and wellbeing and is a strong advocate for the benefits of flexible working.
