Hello! My name is Kat, I have worked for BrewDog for 4 years, starting in the bars and working my way into this role. I am responsible for our global wellbeing strategy as well as training and supporting our amazing crew of 150 Mental Health First Aiders across the business. Before BrewDog, I worked in the care sector, creating support packages for individuals with complex learning difficulties and mental ill-health. 

I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider Supervisor and A.S.I.S.T. practitioner. I am passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health at BrewDog and in my personal life.
