Hi, I’m Kate! I currently work at Ogilvy UK as a Learning & Development Business Partner, where I’m responsible for organising and designing training, creating and delivering engaging Learning Days for our agency, managing our early career programmes and much more. I’ve worked in L&D for about 7 years now, both in the media and television world and the advertising industry, and I absolutely love what I do. I have a passion for all things wellbeing and love to bring wellbeing into the workplace wherever possible to support colleagues in feeling their best and making the workplace a supportive, fun and inspiring place to be. I’m delighted to have been asked to be a judge at the Wellity Workplace Wellbeing Awards and can’t wait to see the great things workplaces have been doing to support the important wellbeing agenda.
