Lauren Dunn
Lauren joined South Western Ambulance Service in 2018 following working in the community with individuals with addictions and later within a secure forensic hospital as a Forensic Social Worker.
Lauren works tirelessly to improve the outcomes for those she and the Staying Well team support to improve quality of life through the many interventions provided.
The team offer specialist support for colleagues in their time of need, alongside continuing to promote and embed proactive, innovative and exciting wellbeing initiatives.
An important part of wellbeing is psychological safety, and Lauren works tirelessly to embed and promote Freedom to Speak Up in her Guardian role through working in partnership to promote a restorative and just and learning culture.
Lauren is committed to ensure psychological safety is embedded into all that SWAST do to support the cultural growth through learning together and adapting from the voices of our people.
