Michele is Director of Human Resources at West Ham United Football Club, joining in 2014, and leads a team to design and deliver the people strategy as a mechanism to align the company’s mission, vision and values to all HR activity.
Recently, the Club was awarded the Premier League’s Advanced Level Equality Standard, of which Michele played a key strategic role in achieving.
Michele is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has an MBA from Arden University.
Michele’s hope is that her experience and knowledge of workplace wellbeing in professional sport will provide a valuable contribution to the judging panel.
