Hi, my name is Nikki. I work in one of the HR teams at TikTok. I am so honoured to be a judge for these awards. Wellbeing is so important to me! I actually met Sadie from Wellity through my LinkedIn posts about wellbeing. 

Sharing our stories, any story of mental health, wellbeing, wellness etc is what I believe we need to do to help each other realise that we are not alone, that there is support and that it is so so important to talk about!
