Penny is currently Director of HR at Compare the Market (CtM), one of the UK’s leading price comparison websites and home of the famous meerkats!

An expert in employee relations, TUPE and large-scale organisational change management, she previously spent five years at CtM’s parent group, BGL Group, latterly as HR Director. Prior to her time with BGL Group, Penny spent almost eight years in the travel and tourism industry with Thomas Cook, where she held several roles including Head of HR, Tour Operations and Head of HR, Shared Services and Employee Relations.

Penny holds a degree in French and Politics from the University of Sheffield. She’s fluent in French and loves spending time in France with her family whenever she can.

She is also a serving family court magistrate.
