Periklis Theologidis is a dedicated HR professional based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He specializes in wellbeing and cultural change, while he holds a qualified coaching certification from an ICF-accredited program. He earned his undergraduate degree in International Economic Relations and Development from the Democritus University of Thrace and his MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Stirling.
Currently serving as the Health & Wellbeing Partner at Fife College since September 2021, Periklis has orchestrated 5 Wellbeing Festivals, introducing hundreds of hours of wellbeing activities. He pioneered the inaugural Wellbeing Conference, attracting 300 participants from across Scotland and featuring inspirational talks and activities. Periklis’s impactful initiatives have garnered several awards, including recognition from CDN, Great British Wellbeing Awards, and Fife Business Awards.
