Steve is a dedicated and compassionate retail wellbeing manager with a passion for promoting colleague wellbeing and creating a positive work environment. With over 18 years of experience in the retail industry, Steve has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by retail workers and the impact it can have on their overall wellbeing.
Steve’s expertise lies in designing and implementing comprehensive wellbeing programs that cater to the specific needs of the retail workforce. He focuses on support that are tailored to each colleagues needs. Steve has worked hard over the last few years to drive awareness and help to develop and launch a proactive wellbeing strategy across over 15,000 colleagues.
Known for his empathetic nature and strong interpersonal skills, Steve builds trusting relationships with colleagues and partners both inside and outside of the business. He also is a very proud Mental Health First Aider and uses the skills he has developed to ensure colleagues are kept safe, happy, and well.
