Some of my most notable achievements include the creation and delivery of Addison Lee’s first recruitment strategy, ownership and deployment of Addison Lee’s first EDI strategy, managing high volume recruitment in various industries from early careers to executive search, and leading the harmonisation of disparate departments, establishing strong working relationships with senior leadership teams. The design and delivery of the first inclusive development program to support underrepresented groups and help them navigate common challenges, overcome routes to progression and improve their personal brand. The design of an improved talent review process for PRS for music and the creation of Licence to Hire inclusive recruitment programme. Lastly, the introduction of a new internal recruitment process that includes drop in sessions for internal candidates to gain interview prep and coaching that has led to a 30% internal progression and an 85% direct hire model.
