The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2024 Shortlist Revealed

The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards is delighted to announce its cohort of shortlisted individuals, teams, initiatives, and businesses for the 2024 awards.

Building on the outstanding success of The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2023, this year’s finals comprise over 180 finalists across 21 categories.

Shortlist categories include: Female Health Advocate, Support Network of the Year, Best DE&I Initiative, Most Inspiring Senior Leader of the Year, and many more.

Winners will be announced on 22 February 2024 at Park Plaza Riverbank, London in a fantastic evening that will champion Britain’s Workplace Wellbeing heroes.

The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards shines a spotlight on those bringing positive change to the lives of the Great British workforce. This unique Awards programme elevates the people and organisations who are helping to make a true difference to the lives of our nation’s working population.

The Awards also draw attention to the incredible steps taken by many employers, services providers and figures in response to our global wellbeing crisis.

The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards is your chance to celebrate, recognise, and support groups and individuals leading the way when it comes to workplace health and wellbeing.

Many of the country’s health and wellbeing leaders have made it onto the shortlist, which will now be reviewed by an esteemed panel of judges, including: Isobel Chai, Strategy Director, Advertising (and Wellbeing ERG Co-Lead) at Deliveroo; Rachel Moore, L&D Director, IRIS; Kirsty McLean, Head of Wellbeing and DEI | Virgin Active; Lucy Sentence, Senior People Partner, Spendesk; Dan Roberts, HR Business Partner, Clyde & Co; Scott Robinson, Director - Head of Regulatory Policy, Deutsche Bank, and many more.

Simon Scott-Nelson and Sadie Restorick, co-founders of Wellity Global and The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards, said:

"By highlighting industry best practices, honouring pioneers in the field, and establishing standards for workplace wellbeing, the GBWWA’s are now a platform for organisations to share emerging themes across all of the sectors. The focus on wellbeing culture has shifted from being optional to becoming a significant strategic concern and these prestigious awards acknowledge and honour organisations that prioritise workplace wellbeing as a central aspect of their operations. This year we have had a record number of entries, and we extend our huge congratulations to all the finalists."

Nicola Dowdall, one of The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards founders, said:

“All shortlisted nominees deserve huge congratulations for outstanding achievements and endeavours shown in their respective fields.

“Each champion has demonstrated sustained dedication to moving the dial on wellbeing, support, and positive change for people and culture to ensure that health and wellbeing are prioritised in our lives, whether at home or in the office.”
