I have worked in HR for 11 years and Employee Well Being is of utmost importance to me in my role. I am an advocate for best-practice HR and ensuring that each employee has meaningful employment. I always ensure that any HR activity that I, or my team fulfill, ensures that the wellbeing of the individual is at the center of it. As an Autistic and ADHD individual myself, wellbeing is paramount to me personally also and Neurodiversity in the workplace is an area that I am extremely passionate about and driving to make a change within this area.
